Project Wizard - Ini file

Use this sheet to select the sections and/or keys you want to localize. You can select individual keys by double-clicking them, or you can double-click entire section. If you check the entire section all keys belonging to that section will be localized.

Check Check new items automatically if you want Sisulizer to localize (e.g. mark checked) all new sections that are added to the original file after the project has been created.

Click Check all to check all sections. Click Uncheck all to clear all selections. Click Show file to view the file. Click Import to import selected keys from a file. Click Export to export the selected keys to a file.

Quote

Specifies if the strings are quoted. Possible values are:

Value Description
None No quoting is done. Strings are written as they are.
Single (') Strings are quoted using single quotion marks.
For example Hello World becomes to 'Hello World'.
Double (") Strings are quoted using double quotion marks.
For example Hello World becomes to "Hello World".

In some situations one of the above values might not be available.

How new line and other special characters are escaped

Specifies the escape method how line feed, carriage return and other special characters are encoded.

Comment characters

Specifies the characters that start comment line. There can be any number of comment characters. Comments in a Ini file are always single line comment that start with a comment character and ends to the next new line. The default comment characters value is " ;#" that means that both ; and # characters can be used to mark comments. For example:

# This is a comment
[Values]
One=A string
# Another comment
Two=Another string

The above Ini files uses # as a comment character and the sample contains two comments.

Ignore white spaces after the separator

If checked white space characters are removed between the separator character (=) and the value. For example

Sample = This is a sample

will extract " This is a sample" if the check box is unchecked and "This is a sample" if it is checked.

Use separate node for each section in the project tree

If checked each section of the file is show as a corresponding node in the project tree. If unchecked there will be only one node in the project tree for whole file.
