Use this dialog to specify a text rule. Text rules are used with text file localization.
A regular expression that specifies the string before the item.
A regular expression that specifies the string after the item.
A string that shows the sample text using the given expressions.
Specifies the type of the item. Possible values are:

Binds this comment item to a text item. This is visible only if the Type is set to comment and purpose of the definition is localize a file.
Specifies the language of the current item. This is visible only of the Type is set to text.
Specifies the encoding that the current item uses. This is visible only if the text file uses code page encoded (e.g. non-Unicode) character encoding.
Specifies the escape method how line feed, carriage return and other special characters are encoded.
